Jim Miskell shares how staying anchored to his purpose, being present, and being personable have helped him adapt to new ways of serving his clients in his law practice. It doesn't always feel natural, but he and his staff are committed to showing up, figuring it out, and creating an exceptional experience for their clients.
For the past decade, Jim has been in private practice and now specializes in wills, trusts, estate planning, and elder law. His specialization in this complicated and often overlooked area of the law allows him to make sure clients receive individual advice and guidance they need for their own estate planning needs.
It doesn't matter if you're in a conference room or on a Zoom call, your number one job is to be present for your client. It's more important to show up than to show up perfect and polished.
