When Director of Community Outreach Christina Durington had time to get out and engage in conversations with the local community, she learned that there was a lot of misinformation and confusion around Medicaid qualifications.
She was also surprised to learn that hospitals and healthcare facilities were unaware of the work that her firm does to help clients navigate the Medicaid process.
In her first day out, Christina discovered multiple opportunities to create programming and content that added value to hospitals and other service providers that they could partner with to help their community.
