Together, they sit down with Molly McGrath to talk about the challenges that lawyers are facing from the remnants of the pandemic and what the future of 2023 and beyond will hold for them.

  • Empowering your employees can help to make a law firm run smoother in all business aspects. Your employees are a relationship so you want to give them feedback and give them permission to lead. 

  • Success is having a positive impact on someone else’s life. You can reach out to the people you are connected with and have a real heart to heart to truly understand what is plaguing them and how you can help.
